Tha Pocono "SpeakEasy" shall reclaim the rights of user accounts that have not been posting or reading this Bulletin Board within the last 6 months.
Unless the user account is that of the actual name of the user, the username shall remain.
This new policy is retroactive to September 23rd, 2005 and will take effect February 1st, 2010.
